The 2023 Ford GT Mk IV was officially unveiled yesterday. But this supercar is special for several reasons. This 2023 Ford GT Mk IV is the last one of its kind. That means, we have to say goodbye to the Ford GT Mk IV models. Hand-crafted at Multimatic’s facility in Markham, Ontario, the new Track-only Ford GT is a limited edition supercar. The 2023 Ford GT MK IV is a tribute to the iconic 1967 Ford GT40 MK IV supercar. Ford says only 67 GTs will be produced and comes with a $1.7 Million price tag. Let us now focus on the exterior and interior of the vehicle and its features.

When it comes to the front design, it gets an attractive reworked body design that is quite different from the 2022 model. According to Ford’s introduction, it gets a superior aerodynamics-optimized body design than previous models of its kind. Comes with an attractive front-end design it gets two-line LED headlights. The carbon-fiber flics on both sides and the wide-front spoiler help in-better road stability. Also, a tow hook is installed on the front-left side.

When viewed from the side, it comes with a carbon fiber “long tail” race body design. Really impressive…! Michelin tires, new alloy wheels with racing cover plates, and carbon fiber side-skirt covers enhance its side profile. Ford points out that the 2023 Ford GT Mk IV’s unique and impressive aerodynamic profile has been transformed into a carbon fiber body.

When it comes to the rear design, the circular LED tail lights on both sides are one of the eye-catching features of the Ford GT. The massive carbon-fiber rear wing will act like an air brake to help control the handling dynamics. The racing-type skid plate with dual exhaust systems declares that she is prepared in advance to fly on the track.

When it comes to interior design, Ford hasn’t provided information about the interior, but it should have an extremely driver-friendly environment. And we expect it to come with butterfly doors. We expect the 2023 Ford GT MK IV should include a roll cage, a fire suppression system, racing seats, and safety belts. The 2022 model includes a 6.5-inch touchscreen, Ford Sync 3 software, and built-in navigation, but we expect the 2023 track-only model will not include an infotainment system.

The 2023 Ford GT model is packed with more features and superior performance than the previous road-going model. Ford hasn’t confirmed whether it’s based on the 3.5L V6 engine. However, according to their introduction, the 2023 Ford GT Mk IV is powered by a specially designed twin-turbo Ford Ecoboost engine with a racing transmission. Through the bespoke racing gearbox, the engine produces 800-plus Hp to bring the power the 2023 Ford GT Mk IV needs. In addition, it gets Multimatic Adaptive Spool Valve (ASV) race suspensions.

Top speed or 0-60 mph cannot be said without Ford’s mention. As well as, without proper information about the engine, there is no chance to make assumptions. But it has to be fast and quick, as well as having higher performance. Remember again, this 2023 Ford GT Mk IV supercar is not street-legal.

How about the 2023 Ford GT Mk IV’s Price?

A specific price has been fixed by Ford. Built as a limited edition which is limited to only 67 units, the 2023 Ford GT Mk IV comes with a $1.7 Million price tag. What should be said is that not everyone can afford one of these cars. Ford states that only the clients they choose will have the opportunity to get these cars. Ford says customer selection will take place in the first quarter of 2023, and delivery will take place in late spring of 2023.
