Officially announced a few days ago, the 2024 Nissan GTR has undergone many updates and is still based on the R35 GTR generation performance coupe that earned the Godzilla nickname 15 years ago. The new arrival for 2024 is the mid-trim level T-Spec model that sits between the Premium and Nismo models. General performance bits, dual-clutch automatic transmission, and the grippy all-wheel-drive system still survive with the GTR. E-adjustable Bilstein dampers and performance-oriented variants also get Brembo brakes with a carbon ceramic finish.
The dual-clutch transmission and all-wheel drive system work together with the engine to provide the Blistering acceleration that made the GTR popular. Nissan has worked to increase downforce without increasing drag coefficient with the redesigned spoiler, exterior metal-sheet stylings, and thinner grill. Nissan also offers a limited-slip differential and a carbon fiber appearance package with the 2024 GTR.

Did you see the colors of the 2024 GTR? (see the images below) Although this color was used for the 2022 GTR Special Edition model, Nissan says-a new Stealth Gray color option has also been added to the Nismo color palette. And also, the reintroduced 2024 Nissan GTR T-spec model brings back Midnight purple and Millennium Jude heritage colors.
How about the 2024 Nissan GTR’s overall design?

When it comes to front design, Nissan says that the overall front fascias have been redesigned. It gets redesigned LED headlights and fog lights from the 2020 model. The thin front grill and lower open nostrils help in better cooling. It also gets a carbon fiber roof, hood, and front fenders with air vents. It gives a racing look with the grill pods on the GTR Nismo. When switching to the 2024 Nissan GTR Nismo, a unique carbon fiber front bumper, black outside mirrors, and red stripes are available with the appearance package.

When viewed from the side, its aerodynamics-optimized shape enhances its side profile. Nismo and T-spec trim levels get 20 x 10.0 inches front wheels and 20 x 10.5 inches rear wheels. The Premium trim level, on the other hand, gets 20 x 9.5 inches front wheels and 20 x 10.5 inches rear wheels. When switching to the 2024 Nissan GTR Nismo, unique wheels and carbon fiber elements are available with the appearance package. And also, New GTR gets the same integrated GTR flush-mounted aluminum door handles.

When it comes to rear design, the GTR’s identity has been redesigned but not changed. It gets the same “GT-R” 4-ring LED taillights, spoiler-mounted LED, and center high-mounted stop lamp. The Titanium dual exhaust system with four outlets (2 on each side) is standard. When switching to the 2024 Nissan GTR Nismo, unique carbon fiber rear bumpers and Nismo-exclusive rear fascias are available with the aerodynamics package and a swan neck-style spoiler is available with the appearance package. The T-spec model gets a fixed spoiler and is not optional.

When it comes to interior design, the front seats are still comfortable, but the rear seats will only be suitable for children. It offers a lot of standard features but don’t expect super luxury. Every model gets dual-zone climate control, leather-and-suede-covered upholstery, heated front seats, and many other features. It includes a multi-controllable 8.0-inches touchscreen and can also be controlled through the rotary knob on the center console.
Apple CarPlay capability, built-in navigation, Bose-II speaker Auto system, and Android Auto are standard. There’s also a customizable data display to read coolant and oil temperatures, G-forces, boost pressure, and other engine parameters. DVD video playback, vehicle speed-sensitive auto volume control, Nissan navigation system, and streaming audio via Bluetooth are standard. It comes with leather/synthetic suede heated-front bucket seats: Driver’s seat 8-way power adjustment and passenger’s seat 4-way power adjustment.
How about the 2024 Nissan GTR’s Engine, Transmission, and Performance?

The 2024 Nissan GTR is standard with the twin-turbocharged 3.8-L V6 engine and produces 565 hp and 467 lb-ft of torque. It transmits the power to all wheels through a 6-speed dual-clutch sequential automatic transmission. According to Nissan, the 2024 GTR’s engine produces a maximum speed of 7,100 rpm, and we expect it will be able to reach 0-60 mph in under 3.0 seconds.
Isn’t that enough for you!? Then focus on the Nismo trim level. The 2024 Nissan GTR Nismo produces 600 hp and 481 lb-ft of torque. We think it will satisfy your horsepower frenzy. And also, it can have 18 mpg combined, 16 mpg city, and 23 mpg highway fuel economy ratings.Nissanhasn’t released much information. We’ll update this story when we learn more.
How about the 2024 Ford Nissan GTR’s Price and go-on sale date?

Prices for the 2024 GTR has yet to be announced. However, it will be available for buyers in the Spring of 2023. We expect it can have an estimated base price starting from $117,000. However, the top-trim level, GTR Nismo, is almost twice as much as the Premium model. Anyway, we think anyone too horsepower-obsessed to buy a Nismo will don’t care too much about the price. We expect prices to be as follows.
- 2024 Nissan GTR Premium – $117,000 (est)
- 2024 Nissan GTR T-Spec – $145,000 (est)
- 2024 Nissan GTR Nismo – $215,000 (est)
