The first 2024 Ford Mustang GT heads to auction! Now, the winning bidder will get a chance to take a 7th Gen Mustang GT home before everyone else. This month, Barrett-Jackson will auction of first 2024 Mustang GT Fastback, VIN 001 as part of the annual Scottsdale Sale event, 2023. The 2024 Mustang GT is the beginning of the seventh generation, and it comes with brand-new exterior and interior designs.
Ford Motor Company has prepared this first All-new 2024 Ford Mustang GT to be auctioned at Barrett-Jackson on 28th January to benefit a charity. 100% of the hammer price will benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, JDRF Organization which seeks to find a cure for type 1 diabetes.
In addition to helping a good cause, Barrett-Jackson says the winning bidder will be able to order a standard 2024 7th Gen Ford Mustang GT. Accordingly, the car will be offered in 11 exterior colors and available with a 6-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission.
Whichever gearbox the winner chooses, the 2024 Ford Mustang GT will be powered by the regular performance-upgraded 5.0L Coyote V8 engine. This Mustang includes a dual-throttle body induction system, an improved oil pan, and structural improvements. The 7th Gen Mustang GT’s 5.0L Coyote V8 engine produces 480 hp (358 kW/487 PS) and 562 Nm (415 lb-ft) torque. The manufacturer Ford offers an active-valve performance exhaust system, which increases the output to 486 hp (362 kW/493 PS) and 566 Nm (418 lb-ft) of torque.
And also, Ford Motor Company offers a performance kit with the 2024 Ford Mustang GT, which includes Beefy Brembo brakes, an auxiliary engine oil cooler, a limited-slip differential, and a strut tower brace. RECARO seats and MagneRide active suspension are also available with the 2024 Mustang GT.

There is no auction estimate for this pony. But trust me, the first 7th Gen Ford Mustang GT will fetch a six figures price tag. Barrett-Jackson has mentioned that the car will be sold at approximately 7.30 P.M on Saturday, January 28, 2023. However, you will also be able to buy the “regular” 2024 Ford Mustang GT very soon.
